- Supporting your child or young person’s learning and wellbeing is an important part of helping them get the most out of each school day.
- When children and young people feel safe, connected and secure, they are more likely to engage in their learning.
- The services on this page are free* to access and provide confidential support or advice.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or worried about your own wellbeing, or your child or young person’s wellbeing, there are a number of supports and resources available to help you and your family.
Remember you are not alone. There is always someone ready to talk to you.
